I'LL MEET YOU IN THE LIGHT

I know that you can't see me, but trust me I'm still right here.

Although your up in heaven, my love for you stays near.

So often you'll see me crying, many times I'll call your name.

I want you so much to lick my face, and ease some of my pain.

I wish that you could make me see, that heaven indeed is real.

If I could see you run and play, how much better I would feel

But it has been promised to me, that when the time is right,

I'll step out of the darkness, and meet you in the light.
